DAY-OF COORDINATOR - $750.00
Typically this package is for weddings and large corporate events with up to 400 guests. Let me ensure your event runs smoothly! You will be responsible for planning the event but I am available any time for questions. I will assist in creating a day-of schedule for vendors/wedding party/family/etc, follow up with your vendors to confirm arrival times, and attend venue walk-through and rehearsal. On the day of the event I will be available for up to 8 hours. A 20% deposit ($150) is required to reserve your date and the remaining $600.00 is due by the rehearsal.
SMALL EVENT PLANNER - $950.00
Full service planning for events with up to approximately 80 guests. Typically this package is for intimate weddings, showers, and birthday parties. Let me help plan the event for you! On the day of the event I will be available for up to 10 hours. A 20% deposit ($190) is required to reserve your date and the remaining $760.00 is due by the rehearsal.
