WHAT IS A DAY-OF COORDINATOR?
A Day-of Coordinator is the point person for you and all your other vendors. During the wedding they do a variety of things such as ensure set up is done correctly, pin on boutonnieres, and aid with the ceremony line up. There are all kinds of small details that add up! They attend the rehearsal and work with you to create a day-of schedule. As well as distribute copies of the schedule to your vendors to confirm their arrival times.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A DAY-OF COORDINATOR?
Hiring a Day-of Coordinator takes the stress off of you and your family and friends. There is so much that goes into planning a big event and you may have many different vendors hired, such as the venue, a photographer, DJ, caterer, florist, etc. On your big day you don't want to be caught up in decision making of where the cake stand should go! A good coordinator has good communication with the photographer to ensure everyone is in the right places at the right times and communication with the DJ to ensure the schedule is running according to plan.

Kansas Event Planning is solely owned and operated by Ciara. There are no additional staff members provided or rental supplies/equipment. For this reason, set up and tear down is limited. Additional service hours on top of the 8 hour day-of time and travel for 1+ hours away from Wichita, KS, may result in additional fees if discussed.
